Tell the Neighbours: turn every install into your next enquiries.
The homes around your last job have already seen your van and your panels. We post each of them a letter showing the solar potential on their own roof.
Why are the homes around your last install your best leads?
The short answer: they already know your brand. They have seen your van and scaffolding and the panels in the sun, and some are quietly thinking "that's probably a good idea". A personalised letter with a picture of their own roof turns that thought into an enquiry, and it starts word of mouth up and down the street.

How it works
Enter your install postcode
Choose the address of your finished job, or the area up to 500m around it.
We grade the roofs nearby
Every roof is graded A+ to C. Flats, council homes, listed buildings, commercial property and homes with solar are removed.
We print and post
Each neighbour gets a personalised letter about their own roof, under your branding. You do nothing else.

Why it works
- They know your brand. Your van and scaffolding were on their street.
- They can see it working. The panels are on a roof they walk past.
- It is personal. Their roof, their numbers, your name.
- It spreads. Neighbours ask each other, "Did you get that letter too?"
Unlike Targeted Mailshot, Tell the Neighbours can reach any home near your job, because that is where your work is already on show.
What does it cost?
A 30-letter campaign is 30 credits. Credits currently cost between £1.30 and £2.50 each, and one credit pays for one printed and posted letter. Bigger packages cost less per letter. There is no subscription, no contract and no minimum commitment. Pricing is provisional while fulfilment costs and VAT are confirmed.
At £1.30 to £2.50 per credit, that is between £39 and £75 for 30 letters. As simple arithmetic, not a forecast: one extra job of around £10,000 would be more than 100 times that, though it is revenue, not profit, and a given campaign may win no jobs. That is why it is a low-risk first test.
Tips for the best results
- Send it soon after the install, while the van and panels are fresh in people's minds.
- Do it after every install, not once.
- If you plan to mention your customer or their address, check with them first.
- Ask every enquiry how they found you, so you can count the jobs.
